I’m working these groups with my new carbon Proof barrel and EC Tuner-Brake.
They might have been better if I’d been a better marksman but I think it’s a good start.
Next step will be to try these loads at longer distances.

wish me luck!

Frank

6.5 Creedmoor, 1-8 Twist, 24-inches long.

New barrel is a pre-fit carbon Proof. It headspaced very nicely on my Tikka T3X

I think the EC Tuner Brake helped out a lot. All three of my tested powder combinations seemed to work best at tuner setting of 8.5

I also saw all my groups spread out on other tuner settings - so I definitely think it’s making a big impact on my barrel harmonics

The tuner brake is a big deal game changer. Are you using Erik's step by step load development process?

I believe so. I did several speed tests to get most consistent velocity across nearby loads, and then I installed the EC Tuner Brake to begin test for accuracy.
I didn’t have tuner on the rifle when I did my speed tests because my Magnetospeed wouldn’t fit over it.
